Tom understood my needs and offered excellent advice; the team secured me a tenant that perfectly matches my instruction and completed the agreement process very efficiently. The team has also been terrific in undertaking some practical tasks after I moved abroad for which I am extremely grateful. I had previously purchased the house through Dexters Twickenham which also went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

We approached Dexters to rent out our property. Initially they were very helpful. When we were ready to move ahead I asked for a copy of the agreement we would have to sign with them. Despite chasing them up, we have had no communication from them since then. I don't know if they just couldn't be bothered with the admin but we have now taken our business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

In the second list, not a single item was included after we sought permission to use the wall and addressed the limescale references. They are being more tricky. If what I’m saying isn’t entirely accurate, I don’t have time to share it publicly here.I am writing to share a concerning experience regarding my tenancy at Queens Garden W2 3AF. Having recently moved out on November 8th, I find myself facing an unsettling situation with the landlord.Despite being diligent tenants, my husband and I have not received our deposit back. The landlord has attributed this delay to water marks from the washing machine, dishwasher, and alleged issues with wall paint, concerns initially communicated one and a half months ago. Despite sending ten emails seeking resolution, there has been no response until today.In light of these circumstances, we are considering legal action. However, I feel compelled to highlight the unreasonable behavior of the landlord. While the nature of their claims remains unclear to us, I wish I could publicly share the check-in and check-out list to shed light on the situation.I urge fellow residents to be aware that the landlord is exhibiting unusual conduct, insisting on renovations as if the property were brand new. Our tenure of one and a half years was concluded through their agent, during which we faced no issues. Even when the landlord addressed a water leak in the bathroom, necessitating special tiles and rendering one main bedroom bathroom unusable for three months, we accommodated the inconvenience without complaint.It is perplexing why our deposit is being withheld on grounds that seem entirely unreasonable. If anyone has encountered a similar scenario, your guidance would be immensely appreciated. We, as tenants who consistently maintained peaceful occupancy, paid rent punctually, and handed over the property in excellent condition, seek assistance.They want us to pay £1,808.00.I strongly and confidently state that I am willing to pay may be 50% £125 for cleaning, even if it’s not necessary.
