The worst letting and property management company ever!! They do not care about the tenants, only the landlord. As long as the landlord gets a good offer, they won’t bother helping with issues in the property. And they trick you with adding stuff to your contract after you’ve signed and paid deposit / rent so you are left with no choice but accept whatever they add into the contract.

My rental went far from great.I reported the need for a kitchen repair and it never got resolved. It felt disrespectful. When they have the rent, that’s it. I won’t be using them again.

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

GoogleJust sold our house with Dexters. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were not the cheapest agent we looked at, but we really felt the price was justified by both the excellent service we got and the sale price we achieved for our house. We've bought and sold a few houses over the years and this was definitely the best experience we've had.

Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._
