GoogleParis from the Kew office was helping me to find a flat to rent. She was very approachable and professional, a very nice and easy person to work with. I ended up giving an offer for a property listed by another agency but I would definitely work with Paris and Dexters again if I need to.

GoogleMy parents rental flat was on the market for three months with another agent in the area. Marc Hedges from Dexters wrote to them advising that he was confident that his team could let the property. After one week of marketing the property they found an excellent tenant that signed a two year rental. Marc and Sebastien are both very professional and hard working. I just wish my parents gave them the property sooner!

Related to Property Management: below-standardWe have been waiting for 4 FULL working days, and a weekend for someone to come out and fix a dishwasher. Unacceptable delay, made worse by the fact the contractor needs to buy a spare part, which will cause more delay. They have no clear SLA with the (cheap) contractor, nor do they seem to want to share their complaints process.
