We sold our property through Chesterton's recently and they were great through the process. Tim gave great advice on marketing the property and adjusting our strategy once it hit the market. He was supportive when we had offers come in, then kept the conveyancing process moving, keeping in touch with solicitors for both sides making it a very smooth process. We did the sale remotely and Tim made the communication easy, either making himself available at odd hours or following up with comprehensive emails. I would strongly recommend Chestertons if you are selling a house in the East Sheen area!

Excellent experience with Chestertons, especially thanks to Risida and Prue

I rented with Chestertons for three years until the landlord decided to sell the property. Everything was managed by Chestertons rather than through the landlord and I had an excellent experience using Chestertons throughout my tenancy. I would love to commend Risida Geeganage who is the Property Manager. She is friendly, professional, very easy to deal with, has great communication and always responds quickly. Any queries or issues I had were immediately resolved. Thanks to Risida the renting process was very easy and stress free. Risida was also extremely kind and helpful after my tenancy ended and returning my initial deposit. I would also like to commend Prue Semba who helped me throughout my initial property search and has always been friendly, charismatic, professional and also goes above and beyond for her clients. Isaiah Samuels- Despite joining well into our tenancy, Isaiah was extremely proactive in trying to resolve our issues and give his best efforts in all our interactions. We had several issues with the landlord and previous property managers who were unable to get approval to carry out repair works. Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.
