Derry & the team at Reeds Rains have been wonderful, they have kept me informed, answered all my queries and generally kept me sane throughout the whole stressful process of buying and selling a property, I would definitely recommend them, thank you x

Hi I sold my house through Reids Rain, I found the staff very friendly and always willing to help with anything regarding my house. I would recommend them if you are looking an estate agent.

GoogleAs a buyer , purchasing from a non-local seller with a inept licensed conveyencer rather than a qualified solicitor it was only with the perseverence of Sally that we ever managed to buy the property. Certainly if we were ever to sell I would be on the phone to her first.

TrustpilotReeds Rains as my selling agent
Reeds Rains are helping in the sale of my house to the current tenant. The agent there is exceptionally helpful, very knowledgeable with extremely relevant experience which, so far, is helping with the smooth transition.

TrustpilotStill they've done nothing.
Submitted a review about Reed Pains on the 13th of February. Despite all the lip service and requests for further details, 9 days later, I've still got the remnants of their board attached to the front of my house. This apathy within Reed Rains appears to be company policy.

TrustpilotAppalling level of competence…
Appalling level of competence for managing rentals on behalf of landlord and tenant. Would never go back to this company. Shocking level of service that in no way reflects the high management fees they charge. They use poor third party "inspectors" so adding to smokescreens avoiding responsibility.

TrustpilotThieves and conmen .
Thieves and conmen .I was unable to move into a rental property because of the filthy condition and they refused to give me any money back , keeping all advance rent and all my deposit .Do not ever use this so called estate agent , you will be ripped off .

Clark did a first class job of dealing with me and prospective purchaser. The bungalow sold in double quick time thanks to the swift turnaround time from photos being taken to conducted viewing.

What excellent service we received from Paula in the reddish branch. From day 1 she was very helpful and communicated everything in a timely manor. The whole process with the house was a absolute breeze because of her. Thank you!

TrustpilotSTOP using IamSold
Good agents & great friendly service. BUT STOP using IamSold auctions. My understanding is that you get paid for each property referred to them but you're more than capable to sell it yourself. IamSold rip off sellers with shocking fees & have terrible customer service.
