Awful! Turned up to view the property, couldn't gain access. No one from the company got back about rebooking. Now told the property is under offer so there's no point in viewing it. An absolute joke of customer service. Do not use! H.F.Garratt

Hi Fay,We apologise for your cancelled viewing. This was due to a contractor changing the locks and supplying us with incorrect keys. The house did receive an offer but as we explained on the phone, this is a repossession sale, so you were still able to reschedule the viewing and possibly place an offer yourself. Been complaining about maintenance issues for 3 years, found out that they had not been relaying the issues to the landlord. He has now changed letting agent since finding out about the lack of communication.

Being a first time landlord was a very scary experience but Sonia and Lucy at ReedsRains had everything under control. Within the first week I had numerous viewings and after finding the right tenants for me, keep everything in place. Quick and easy from my end especially with these two in charge of everything.

We used Reeds Rains in Rhyl as a letting agent.Joe and Sally helped us along,as we didn't really know anything about renting a property.Joe set up everything for us and made sure it all went smoothly.We even got a rental sorted from the day the property it was released.If you have no idea about renting property out,just pop in the estate agents,and ask for help,they are very friendly, pleasant people.I would recommend.... always.

Awful company. Currently renting a property from them and all of the work that they assured us would be completed before we moved in has still not been done 3 months later. Unprofessional staff. Just awful.

I enjoyed all the time and help from Reeds Rains staff in Rye in selling my house in Rye. Lovely people who gave me help and advice all the way through both selling and buying. They were very patient with me when occasionally I had a few problems in the process. I can recommend them to anyone in the housing market.

Absolutely awful company. My tenancy ended over 6 months ago, the check out was absolutely fine but they are still refusing to return my £575 deposit, giving the excuse they can't get in touch with the old landlord. Absolutely would never rent with them again. The local branch (Bridlington) are absolutely useless in assisting with this.

Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. Not one issue has been resolved even though there is a health and safety risk. Total lack of care, response and communication from both the local and head office.Poor property management.
