Dealt with Silas Rains at the Wrexham branch on 3 occasions. Sold our house within 2 weeks, 7 years ago, my parents house 5 years and my sister's last week. The latter was non standard build, difficult to sell really requiring cash buyer.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. We loved the property we inquired about, but the listing was not transparent hence why I think such a beauty property is still not rented yet and has even been reduced. There is no parking and it is unfurnished, though the listing will not state this. When called to ask, two agents could not point out to the written bit where it says it is unfurnished or furnished, with one condescending agent hanging up the phone.

As you can imagine the process can be quite nail biting but his quick responses and helpful manner made buying stress free. I would definitely recommend your service to anyone.

More personal about the sale if our house. Understood our needs about asking price. Helped to remarket the property and I have always felt they are on my side as the seller not on the side of the buyer. First class service from reeds rains in Bridlington. Offered several viewings next day, Letara was informative about the properties, answered any questions gave me lots of time to check everything out. I put in an offer on one of the properties which was dealt with by Miles who was on the ball, and explained everything to me, I felt really confident that it was being dealt with very efficiently. My offer was accepted in a few days and all the paperwork etc. was done very promptly by Letara who again gave an exceptional service. Nick & Ben are professional, knowledgeable and keep you in the loop about viewings feedback ect . Always go above and beyond I have had phone calls & emails late on a Saturday with feedback . Reeds Rains helped me to purchase my first house 10 years ago and kept in touch eg help with mortage, insurance renew. Now they help me with a house sale. Truly awful experience. I would not go with this company ever again, not because of the company but because of the landlords they choose.We went through reeds reins even though the landlord managed the property. We went without heating for 10 days with 3 kids. In fact the boiler broke every 3 months for years. There is a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom which was also never fixed. Let's not speak about he broken fence.The landlord often entered the property without permission, even if we were not there. When we left, they with held the deposit due to damage we have caused. But then they never did changed anything before for the next tenant l moved in... Where did our money go?Unfortunately my opinion of reeds reins is now they only work with landlords nobody else would choose. They are not responsible for the upkeep of the property but they are responsible for who they decide to work with.
