Chris Davies consistently demonstrates an excellent insight to property marketing. This combined with a pro active while consultative approach ensures clear communication throughout and facilitates timely decisions or potential problems. The excellent outcome in our sale of two properties without undue problems is clear testimony to the individual and corporate skills with well judged application.

Angharad was polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately the sale couldn't go through at no fault of the estate agent but Angharad did everything she could to help.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Andrew and Claire at the Rhoose office were extremely friendly and helpful with both the selling of my property and purchase of my next. Communication was quick and professional at all times. The sale of my property took a little longer than expected, but they liaised between the purchaser/solicitors/myself throughout to ensure the chain completed. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future sales or purchases I wish to do.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I've heard they are good for property sales..... but as a letting agent they are appalling. This is based on my own experience and that of others I have spoken to.... overpriced, greedy, they will do the bare minimum and leave you without essential needs just to grab a few quid .... I would go elsewhere . Rent directly from the property owner as it's cheaper both ways. These people aren't worth your time or money.

Very happy with the friendly and helpful service provided by Chris Davies and Vicky in particular. She was well informed about the properties which she showed us and made every effort to resolve any queries we raised. All in all a very stress free and pleasant experience.

Excellent service from Andrew and Vicky for the recent sale of our property. They worked hard on managing viewings and subsequent communications, and assisted with troubleshooting breakdowns in contact between us, the buyers and their agents. Many thanks.

We have used this agent before and once again Andrew Fenton has done a great job of selling our house. Starting with a covid compliant visit to measure up, take photos and produce a video. Then dealing with queries and maintaining effective communication through the whole process. Highly recommended if you are looking for a professional and efficient service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’ve moved house quite a few times but Chris Davies was definitely the best agents I’ve had experience with. The process had a few hiccups with the chain collapsing etc and losing buyers, but Angharad negotiated the difficulties admirably, and kept us informed throughout. She was a star and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
