GoogleThe team at the Rhoose branch of Chris Davies, headed by Andrew Fenton, did a fantastic job selling my house. It was accurately priced and I had a succession of viewings, only one of which was not a serious buyer. Once a buyer with real interest was identified Andrew worked effectively to get a selling price that was extremely close to the asking price. While this was happening I was kept informed of the progress. So in summary, a really effective sales team that worked efficiently and effectively on my behalf. I can thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWell I only had a valuation. Price came up £100k less than many others. Said we hadn’t sold because house was dated and not presented well. Even told me the grey exterior would put them off.Felt very insulted. I’m not sure a few weeds in the garden ( weather makes them grow in hours ) it the exterior colour would deter that many buyers . I asked for constructive feedback
