GoogleThey only accept working people, if you're in receipt of benefits don't bother, you'll call and be placed on an imaginary waiting list (more like black list) then they never get back to you, shocking how this type of discrimination is still present in 2023. Absolutely disgraceful
Hi Mr Payne, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry but this isn't correct we have no bias to applications on our properties A fair amount of our tenancies are in receipt of housing benefit. Our appointments are granted on a first come first serve basis though. With demand so high and properties receiving in excess of 50 plus requests to view we are only capable of accommodating a finite amount of spaces. If you would like to discuss this in person I'm happy to arrange a meeting I'd be interested in knowing your position/properties you're interested in? You can email me personally on jay.herbert@ramsayandwhite.com Thanks Jay Herbert MD
