A massive thank you to Mark at Sequence who looks after the Allen & Harris management . Mark was assigned to us as the deposit manager, and he has been outstanding from day one. He made a great first impression by introducing himself with a personal phone call, which immediately set a positive tone. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Mark personally researched when items were damaged or needed replacing, obtained quotes, and gathered all the information for us. When we didnt have the time, Mark stepped up. He kept us fully updated throughout, with clear and prompt email communication. Every message was timely and thorough, which gave us real peace of mind. We were completely happy with the service we received. Thank you, Mark, for your hard work, professionalism, and dedication. It is truly appreciated. You made our move out much more smooth. Myself and my Partner have recently gone through the process of renting out a lovely 3 bed terraced house from Allen & Harris... James and jolyon from the pontyclun branch are perfect at getting what needs to be done... done! Story time! We where currently looking at places around Ferndale but none that where successful with allowing pets (we have a husky on board with us and will forever be with myself) on the day of viewing different properties... James gave us a call back immediately on the day as promised to discuss one of the properties we firstly did see online but where not interested in (due to the outside) but then later took the time to tell us that there was a property in maerdy that aloud dogs/pets and took the time to drive from pontyclun branch all the way to maerdy which is a 30-40min drive to simply give us a tour and a viewing on the same exact day! James was also very empathetic and humours because he has dogs himself so understood what kind of situation we where in... With out James support and jolyons communication and feedback patience back and forth about the house we would have not found our place to be! This branch is definatly one of the few of many that actually give everything and anything to support you in finding your place, no communication through the weekend but they also need a break from all the docs and files they've been helping you with through out the week... they are only human! Which I massively respect and appreciate, thankyou again to pontyclun branch for the amazing amazing support and continuing support for the future! Dani and Alyssa 🫶

I went to Allan&Harris on Albany Road, during my visit, Liam Tresilian made some racial comments to me that he clearly thought were humorous. He was laughing while delivering his inappropriate remarks, seemingly oblivious to the discomfort he caused. Instead of fostering a welcoming atmosphere, his comments only served to highlight the insensitivity that can sometimes be present in social interactions. This experience left me feeling deeply ashamed and very uncomfortable, as I couldn't help but question why such remarks were deemed acceptable in any context. It was disheartening to encounter such ignorance, especially in a setting where I expected to feel safe and respected. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness, and it was disappointing to witness such a lack of awareness regarding the impact of words.

Every time I emailed, I always had a quick response, and when it took a bit longer for a response I was always advised why. Whenever I called, my call was taken promptly and dealt with. I have recently bought my first home through Allen & Harris in Talbot Green, and I have to say what a brilliant experience we’ve had! As a first time buyer, it can be such a daunting experience as you’re not exactly sure what to expect or do, but Claire has been nothing but fantastic. She really helped us from the start and explained every step of the way, supported us through any concerns we had, she always updated us where she could. Just rented a property with Allen and Harris, had absolutely amazing service from start to finish. They were always on time, always did what they promised at a time they had agreed. Made the whole process so easy! Thank you to the whole team, and in particular Jolyon for being so warm, welcoming and helpful. Their processes meant I was set up with gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband, even before I’d moved in, which for someone with a busy life was a huge weight off my shoulders! Would 100% recommend!

Well I can’t understand how or why this agency has so many good reviews! My partner and I went to rent with this agency and everything seemed to be going well decent phone call reply’s and email reply’s. We then got onto referencing our guarantor and they asked for an employment reference to which our Guarantors employment have a time frame in which they can and will complete the form. We tried to contact Allan and Harris estate agents multiple times to only hear from the answer phone everytime or an agent who half arsed everything and said we would get a call back. To which we never did and in the end the landlord got impatient due to lack of communication from Allan and Harris and decided to sell the property instead leaving us without a home! We though James was lovely to start off with but instead we found out he never answers his emails or phone calls Do not Recommend this agent Don’t waste your Time

Wow what can I say nothing but praise. I have just had keys to my house and what a smooth process it was. Had my 1st appointment with Bea after viewing the house. I explained my budget, deposit and what was affordable for me without any financial pressures. Bea delivered everything I required in fact my mortgage is a fraction more than the rent I was paying. The worst letting agent ever

The worst letting agent ever. They cannot manage your property and are very rude and provide the worst customer service ever. Being with this letting agent has been a nightmare, instead of helping landlords the so called letting manager Tiffany was very rude and explains she’s not a mind reader. She would never answer calls, disregard emails and also accidentally replies to a chain of emails to her colleague but includes us to say how we are ridiculous. Tiffany is so unprofessional and the service provided was appalling. We will never be using this letting agent and recommend not to use unless you want your house to be destroyed and not to have any support from the lettings agent you put your trust in to manage and maintain your property and to have the most appalling service. Stay clear and actually get your moneys worth with another agent.
