10/10 would recommend! I've just sold my property with Edwards and Co, having bought the same property off them 6 years ago. What a brilliant service! I couldn't recommend them enough. As a team, they've got sound knowledge of properties and any complexities within Rhiwbina. They are always approachable, readily available and were so helpful and supportive, in one of the most stressful points in your life. Anthony was brilliant, he came and gave a very good valuation, Jo made plenty of time to undertake quality viewings and provided good feedback, Simon came out to take photos and draft up a really good brochure, and Georgia (sales progressor) was absolutely fantastic, and an absolute asset to Edwards. The whole team took time to listen and understand my circumstances, and work within those parameters (What more could you ask for). Having dealt with the likes of Darlows, Peter Alan etc. previously whilst house hunting, I would highly recommend Edwards and would definitely use them again. I used their 'Off Market' service, which was brilliant. My property sold within 14 days, for Asking price, without even going onto Rightmove! We're lucky to have this estate agents in our area. Again, I can't thank Georgia enough for all of her help and support and putting my mind at ease throughout the stressy aspects of the sale. Began the process mid September and completed early January. Thank you so much to the whole team!

After having our house on the market with another leading estate agent, we didn't have 1 offer. We then put it on the market with Edwards and Co and immediately saw the difference in their service. Extremely professional and all the staff have sales experience whilst being very knowledgable about the property they are selling. They went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent and made the whole experience easy and efficient. A friend coming from London was looking to find 12 months' rented accommodation in Cardiff - and as I was close-ish to the ground, I got the gig! I registered my interest with several agents, all of which were quick off the mark in coming back to me - but Edwards were easily the best in terms of coming up with a shortlist of properties that matched what was wanted. Having whittled that down, they arranged several viewings at very short notice, met my friend and I off the train and gave us a tour of the properties. My friend found what she wanted, and Edwards then went the extra mile and more to sort out the paperwork quickly and a couple of minor issues with the landlord. TBH, I couldn't fault anything - it all happened like clockwork, no hidden charges or costs, and when a couple of issues have cropped up since, they've sorted them out really quickly. Relief all round - it could have been the end of a friendship! Top marks.

I can thoroughly recommend Edwards & Co as a competent, professional and friendly estate agent. Edwards diligently handled the sale of my late aunt’s property despite the fact that they had to liaise with me residing in Germany, and despite the fact that the sale process was interrupted due to the death of my aunt and thereby a significant probate period entailed. The staff at Edwards were calm and level headed even though I was frustrated by the administrative vacuum we had to deal with. Amy and Cleo did a grand job with the marketing of the property and achieving a very satisfactory sale price. I particularly liked the service known as “Progression” where, after the offer was accepted, another colleague Georgia headed up a team handling all the mechanics of the sale to ensure that all the detailed steps were carried out leading up to completion, such as inventorying all the fittings included in the sale price and ensuring final meter readings. Edwards was also able to assist me with solicitors and house clearance experts. Georgia and her Progression team fielded every question and concern I had along the way with courtesy and good grace, even liaising with the solicitors for the latest legal status. Good job Edwards & Co.

The buying and selling of houses is generally regarded as one of the most stressful and if it were not for the service, support and attention of Edwards and Co our sale would have been classed as such. The sale of the property was conducted in an courteous, efficient and professional manner but it was in the sales progression that the qualities of the company shone through.
