We decided we no longer wanted to use them as estate agents, was told over the phone we would receive a full refund. Then a week later emailed us to say they had changed their mind and we would get nothing!!Disgusting

Absolutely dreadful avoid at all costsDreadful company only interested in getting your money used for letting property, hidden extras that they forget to mention. Never return phone calls. Run by inexperienced school kids with no knowledge of the real world

William H Brown require landlords to give six months notice to terminate the management contract. Completely unacceptable. Not very good at replying to emails or returning calls.

Useless in every way. Poor communication, misinformation, false promises, antagonising and losing our potential buyers, dragging their feet with documentation. Absolutely nothing to recommend them whatsoever. Would give them 5 minus stars if it were possible

Sat waiting outside the house for a viewing, only to get a call 2 minutes before to tell me that they have lost the keys and can we do the appointment later. Amateurs, don’t bother.
