House was on the market earlier than I thought it would be, with professional pictures taken as part of their basic package.
Katie in the office managed the process of the viewings and sale and it was like clockwork.
It can be a very stressful process, however I just gave Katie the times we were available for viewings and she organised it all.
I also received great advice when offers and notes of interest were coming in, making it easier and less stressful for me to make a decision.
I feel the local knowledge they have of the property market helped greatly.
