GoogleCouldnt have been any more helpful and efficient from the moment i called and Luke offered to stay later than evening to show me around the property. When we arrived to collect the keys all the paper work was ready to go on a desk set for us and everything was explained very well, Luke even let an engineer in to the property for us a couple of weeks later so that we could install wifi whilst we were at work. Great company and great people! Thank you guys...

GoogleIt is really fantastic experience of finding our new home with Tom at JamesDean! Tom always replies promptly and sorts out ways to proceed. He welcomes and treasures our feedback after flat viewings, and understands what we need. He works professionally and supportively to situations that occur - e.g. particularly in referencing and negotiation. Though he is a new agent to us, Tom goes the extra mile to keep us inform every update, well-prepare for all paperworks, which really help relieve our worries throughout the whole home searching process. We are more than satisfied with Tom, especially during this special moment of moving in! Thank you JamesDean, thank you very much Tom!

GoogleI can recommend the company without reservation. The staff were courteous and polite, and made us feel we were in good hands. They helped take the stress out of what can otherwise be a draining and stressful experience. The customer service received was far superior to what I had received from one of their competitors. I was given assurances throughout the process, and they actually delivered on their promises and timescales. All the team there have our lasting gratitude.

GoogleMy family and I are re-locating. Chantelle in the Horley office, and Tom in the Reigate office have been wonderfully helpful, nothing has been too much trouble. From co-ordinating viewings into our limited time schedules and listening to what we need/want from a new home. The search for our new home in a new location has been an exciting and enjoyable adventure thanks to JamesDean. We would highly recommend.

GoogleI would never use them again and would certainly not recommend them. They were Unhelpful, dishonest, uncaring. Interested only in the money, but not prepared to do do anything for it once a buyer was found. Didn't even have the courtesy to answer emails or phone calls. The whole experience was very stressful using this Estate Agents.
