GoogleBen at JamesDean Reigate, has from the start stood well above all other estate agents we have dealt with. Through the whole process, he has been friendly, helpful, efficant and alway provided everything he promised and more. I work long hours and viewings were always arranged to work around me, even if they were after hours. As well as Ben the rest of the team at JamesDean have alway been friendly and helpful. I would recommend Ben at JamesDean Reigate to anyone.

Brilliant service from all the team, but Tom in particular has been going above and beyond - meeting us multiple times so we can arrange furniture etc, but also willing to come in on his day off to help get things sorted! Couldn't fault the service at all and compared to rivals went far beyond what was expected of them. Thanks all!

GoogleChris Smith and the team have been fantastic. I am based in South Africa so it was really important for me to be working with an estate agent I could trust and Chris worked really hard to build that relationship. I felt that I could leave everything in his capable hands and he only contacted me when it was really necessary. Now my flat is sold and the process has been relatively stress free.

My main point of contact was Martin and it was a real pleasure to work with him. His integrity, experience, professionalism and motivation to sell our home was evident throughout the process. Once the sale was agreed, the same tenacity and expertise was shown in being an effective intermediary between our buyers and both legal teams making sure that the sale completed - the commission was well and truly earned! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending JamesDean as it has been the best experience I have had with an estate agency (and I've worked with a few!).

GoogleUpdate: We won the dispute with the dps and got our deposit back! Renters beware! - Take pictures of everything when you move out! Or better yet, don't pay your last months rent! As all of the other reviews have mentioned, JamesDean will try to take at least half of your deposit for nothing. We've had to spend hours providing pictures of the house looking spotless because they've tried to charge for everything left, right, and centre. It seems like it's quite a common thing - so get everything you need to prepare for a fight.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a property.. And to cap it off, got a wine and card as a house warming gift from them. Found it really thoughtful.

GoogleMost uninterested unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. 4 months without heating during the peak of winter when outside was at - 5c and lower. At the time our child was 2 years old and the manager couldn't care less. It took withholding rent, contacting the directors(who never responded either) and the threat of complaint to the ombudsman. When we left they then tried to screw us out of our deposit. Believing basic garden maintenance includes the cutting of 13 feet high hedging. No surprise they didn't get anything much and even the dispute manager said we were being generous with offering £60. They simply don't have a clue. Discussing selfish deplorable
