TrustpilotTop team at every stage of the process!
We have recently bought a house marketed by Andrews and I have to say, everyone we worked with throughout, both in the branch and in the completion team was friendly, professional and went over and above. That's James, Matt and Isaac at the Reigate office and also Tracy Burden following up with expertise, charm and approachability to help bring the transaction to a close). It was a real pleasure.

TrustpilotAbsolutely would not recommend to rent…
Absolutely would not recommend to rent from Andrews - The Abingdon branch was completely unprofessional the whole way through. From start to finish it was impossible to communicate with them and on the first day of moving into the property it was filthy and things had not been organised ahead of time. They were so unprofessional to the point Dawn picked up the phone to us thinking it was our landlord and began speaking about us in a disrespectful way. Would not recommend at all and glad to no longer be renting through them

Russell (Bristol branch) has been our mortgage advisor as first time buyers. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service he has provided. Always on hand, happy to answer any and all questions we have had throughout the whole process. I have had complete trust that Russ has prioritised our best interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.
