TrustpilotJust the most perfect letting agents ever!!!
I cannot fault the service we got from Jackson Stops in Sevenoaks. All the staff were friendly and genuinely interested in us as clients and intent on doing their very best for us. It was so refreshing to find an letting agent who was always very open with viewings, positive or negative, who was always available to answer our questions and who were all very straightforward with the costs to us when letting a property.A first class company!!!

TrustpilotFantastic property management experience all round!
We had a fantastic experience of Jackson-Stops over the course of our three-year tenancy. The team were always professional, efficient, and approachable. The flat was in great condition and any issues that came up in the ordinary course were handled quickly by Jackson-Stops. This agency respects their tenants and landlords, would recommend working with Jackson-Stops.

Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch. We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property! The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem. Terrible service, avoid if possible.

Great service from Ed and his team at Jackson Stops. From the first call we made to try to get a same day appointment to view a house we had by chance fallen in love with, to the stress free moving in day, to the aftercare with any questions arising, we have been really well taken care of by all the JS team. We love our new house and the journey to get here has been pretty smooth. Thank you all!

We purchased a property via Jackson Stops Newmarket. The team were very friendly, professional and motivated to keep the chain together, especially when it got rocky. Their experience and reach to others within the industry e.g. mortgage brokers, was very helpful and positively contributed to the outcome. TrustpilotJACKSON STOPS BARNSTAPLE
We have been dealing with a huge number of agents whilst looking for a new home and to be honest, the majority of them were not particularly helpful or appear to care that much at all. So when it came to working with James and Ria, it was an enormous relief. I could not recommend Jackson Stops in Barnstaple more highly. I must have made about 50 phone calls and sent over 100 e mails over a 6 month period - and every single time, nothing was a problem, every issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care and attention. A fantastic service in every way for which will will be ever grateful.
