TrustpilotHad a terrible experience with Zoe
Had a terrible experience with Zoe. Very rude on the phone. Accused me on wanting her to but a number down on paper which was so far from the truth its ridiculous. Wont be contacting them again because of this.

GoogleKatarina at the Reigate branch was amazing! Cubitt & West were the estate agents for the property we purchased. Katarina not only let us know as soon as the property was coming to the market but throughout the process, kept us up to date. In addition to this, Katarina personally helped us chase the vendor's solicitors when there was a delay on their side. The deal wouldn't have gone through in time without her help.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotHome purchase made easy
We purchased our dream home through Cubitt and West and were, unfortunately, part of a long chain, taking several months to complete. Julie ensured that we were kept informed of every step along the way making it easy to liaise with solicitors and other key players involved in the process. It really did go without a hitch and we are now all smiles, as we walk around our lovely new home!

GoogleMy contact was Scott who was lovely to talk to and very helpful. He always knew what to say, and was very knowledgeable. He kept in regular touch but not to the point of overly harassing. He would both email and call, and was just the right mix of professional and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

TrustpilotCubitt and West Southsea
We are dealing with Cubitt and West in Southsea. Our contact is Ed Gilmour. From his first visit to our property and in every subsequent interaction Ed has been professional, polite and frank with his advice. The flat was sold to the second viewer at the asking price, which was higher than other similar flats. Ed delivered on his assurances!

Cubit and west waterlooville, what can I say from first meeting Maddison to give us our valuation to meeting Robin, Emily and Nicola what an enthusiastic team of people. Getting us sold subject to contract so quickly in a matter of days and each one has been supportive and understanding to our requirements in finding our new home. We very much look forward to finding our future home very soon.

TrustpilotFriendly, helpful staff
The friendly, helpful staff at Cubitt & West made the sale of my property relatively painless. From useful advice on how best to present the property for sale in the first place from Maddison, to regular updates, gently chasing others when necessary and skilfully overseeing the sale's progression by Julie, very pleased with the service.

I have bought two homes through Cubitt & West in Reigate now, both using Julian Bromwich who has been very patient, kind and helpful. I bought my last home through him after a divorce when I didn't quite have enough funds to find a good home but he found me a quirky place in need of some refreshment which was perfect at a perfect price and now I am moving (up the ladder!) into my next home again with his help at a good price and perfect location. I am very grateful to him and all of the lovely staff x

TrustpilotGeorgia single handedly restored my faith in Cubbit and West
I had nothing but positive interactions with Georgia Morris. She has consistently gone above and beyond and treated me in a way that no one else has: like a fellow human. I have felt seen, heard and supported. I hope that she is rewarded for her unparalleled (and previously unseen in my experience) commitment to support tenants like myself when they need it most. Because of Georgia I ended my tenancy with an overall positive feeling about Cubitt & West.

TrustpilotVery helpful and professional
We were assisted by Julie Bramble who was our link between our solicitors and buyers. No question was too much trouble and she always got back to us when she said she would. She made the whole experience which took over six months easier to handle, even if it was just to give reassurance that things were moving along. The whole team were very helpful.

Really easy to put applications through, especially for young people. Don’t ever hesitate to put your details forward if you don’t get chosen for another property because they really go above and beyond to find you your home. Abbie and Beth have been an amazing help, can not fault them at all! Amazing help from Sharon also who helped with the last couple days to pass messages on etc! Enjoy the job, you’ll love it! Thank you so much cubitt and west.
