From the moment I started my search with Kian in the Reigate branch he never dropped the ball once. Always checking in with my status and giving me lots of options to view. He was attentive to my search criteria and often persuading me to consider alternative options. Unfortunately I have found my property before it went to market and no longer require Kian's help. Out of all the agents I was listed with, he was the only one to call me regularly and I actually felt like I had someone helping me navigate what is a very busy and stressful market. I would definitely recommend him.

My son and I have recently been looking for properties in the Reigate area, so we called Cubit & West to view a few. We looked at two but these weren’t quite suitable, however, Kian arranged a further 5 properties for us to view, unfortunately my son changed his mind about the area he wanted to move to. I called Kian to apologise but once again he was more than helpful in the advice he gave. I’m nearly 62 and have had many many dealings with estate agents over the years and I have to say Kian comes across as far and away the best I’ve dealt with. Well done Cubitt & WestPeter Tarling

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Heidi and Stephanie on handling the sale of my property.Through thick and thin with many twists and turns along the way ( especially through some very difficult COVID times) they were always on hand to deal with my enquiries and bring some cheer to the proceedings.They made me feel like it was their own personal challenge to get my property sold. More than just a job to them!!!! Likewise I always felt that they had my best interests at heart. From start to finish the experience was very up and down.At first they were very helpful but there were a few things we were not happy with. Some individual staff members were very pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. Viewings would be booked in for us for houses that we made it very clear we did not want to view.We were also very disgusted and upset in the fact a letter was sent out to many houses in our neighbourhood without our knowledge or consent. This letter included our Christian names along with our budget and the area we wanted to live. We felt this really invaded our privacy with information that should never be released especially without our consent. If it wasn’t for family friend that received this letter we would not have even known it had been sent out.On the other hand our sales progressor was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. He always kept us updated and and we really trusted his opinion and judgement.

I sold my house with Cubitt and West but was selling with another agent and by doing so I had to pay the other agent £1000, Cubitt and West said that would pay the £1000 if I sold which they failed to do just because I did not have the correct paperwork from the other agent which they would not give to me because I changed agent.Would not use Cubitt and West again can’t be trusted to keep their word.

Don't use cubbit & west

Never sell your property with southwater branch cubbit west. I had a good relationship with them up until now I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should let others know the true story about them. They are a waist of time. We have been with c and w for over 100days and never got an offer Since they haven't been able to sale our property we decided to go with another agent. My husband tried calling several times to speak with a branch manager called Leanne regarding terminating the contract. Every time we call we get a lying answer, she will call back. Its been 3days she hasn't called yet. Very unprofessional never expected such type of service.

Relentless & Pushy

Talk about hard sell. I viewed one property with them (which wasn’t suitable) and they haven’t left me alone since. Constantly texting, phoning and emailing different places - which I am already aware of as I’m sure anybody who is house hunting is. I explained I would contact them if I wanted their assistance but in the end I had to block them. It genuinely put me off even considering one of their listings.I understand they are taught to sell but back off if someone isn’t responding.

great company if you want to lose value on your property & lose your buyer; who cannot sell when the going gets "really" tough! (i.e. - slow down in economy/market) - in a good market even a monkey can sell anything! They are NOT able to prove their mettle in genuine tough times with incompetent progression staff.

I bought an apartment through Cubitt and West and within a few weeks I wish I’d sold through them too. The guys here were great, David really gave such a personal service, he knew who I was every time I called and helped out loads! Any issues I had I came to them rather than my own agents.Julie looked after the sales process and kept me so up to date with any changes quicker than my own agents!
