My property was not an easy sell at all but Katarina was positive and enthusiastic from the get-go, kept me informed through every step of the way, was by my side when the sale fell through twice (absolutely nothing to do with Cubitt and West), supportive when I was stressed and emotional. She is very hard working, dedicated to her client with sound advice which is down to her valuable knowledge and experience. Towards the end, when it looked like it might all go horribly wrong, Katarina and the team pulled out the stops and ended up doing much of the work that the lazy estate agent up the chain should have been doing - above and beyond.

My experience with Maddison at Cubitt & West has been exceptional! Maddison was so helpful from the very first phonecall I made. Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call. The team have all been very good at keeping in touch with us in a supportive way without there being any pressure whatsoever.
