He also listened to my needs around how I could be contacted due to shift work which I appreciated. He kept in contact but wasn't pushy which was great. Superb, personal service!

I found myself in a situation where I was unexpectedly needing to rent and I can say that Chris at their Bognor office definitely went above and beyond to help, a superb experience from start to finish. I can't fault how proactive (and reactive depending on direction) they've been. All in all, given the pressures etc - 2 weeks from first contact (not even about the house I'm now renting) to being in a house that I couldn't be happier with is outstanding.
