Friendly and professional service

Andrews worked hard to find us buyers when interest rates were fluctuating a lot. They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and they always took pains to make sure we understood what was happening with our sale.

We had a wonderful experience, with Isa, Ed and the Andrews Reigate Team as they proactively reached out to us with a wonderful house for rent. We had very specific criteria (pet-friendly, 2 bathrooms, etc.) and the team was able to translate our needs and help find the perfect home for us within our budget. Definitely recommend them all, as the entire process from agreement to keys handover and checkin was very smooth and accomodating. We continue to receive support even after moving in for any maintenance issues etc.

Issy took on board my comments regarding the condition of the property, and was at pains to stress their rental properties were usually in a better condition than the one viewed. Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected. Very professional thoughout even when trying to show an apartment that was not in a rentable condition.

The process had stalled but thanks to Steven he got things moving again and kept on top of it until completion.
