These Estate Agents were recommended to us by a family member. Our property was professionally advertised and I am sure that we had plenty of viewing. Katie at the office was particularly good at letting us know when and who was viewing as this property was empty. However, I don’t think we were kept informed enough of how the potential sale was progressing. I was the one phoning the office for an update most of the time. At the time of writing we haven’t exchanged contracts and although I asked for an update of possible problems, no one has yet been in contact. Although the service was adequate it wasn’t to the high standard I was expecting.
