Selling our late father’s house was an emotional process for us, but the team handled everything with great care and professionalism. Was asked to provide review after the first meeting with CEO, initial thoughts were well organised and superb communication. 3 months down the line, we were told completion should be happening now, this has been pushed back to another 3 months. Had to chase on numerous occasions to find out what is going on. Feel really let down by this company after our first initial appointment. Had the estate agent advertised property was not going to be available until the summer, we wouldn't have continued.

5 star! Craig helped me and my partner so much and we ended up putting an offer in and moving in 7 1/2 weeks later. We'd previously viewed houses with lamberts and always found them to be knowledgeable and honest but always got pipped on the price or by cash buyers. We used to call them daily and they used to call us too with new houses on the market and updates on our position. I bet they're glad to see the back of us now 🤣 also, huge shout out to Pauline who also experienced us and helped us out! Lamberts have been so helpful and ready to answer any questions, at any time! Craig would always be around to help with any issues or worries I had. Katie took the perfect pictures and produced a brilliant sale pack. Toby was in charge of the open house and had a sale agreed within 24 hours for over asking price!
