GoogleI am very satisfied of the way I have been supported with my tenancy. I only had to see the property and agent once, and I have been facilitated with every request I made. Considering that I was very busy, it was really easy to have everything sorted timely. I was able to move in quickly, had good response to emails, and everyone was keen to help.

GoogleWe have used this company now several times for commercial properties and this time domestic. Staff go above and beyond to help and they are easy to deal with. They seem to get a wide range of properties and nothing is too much for them. I would highly recommend for both commercial and domestic. I special shout out to Donna who we have dealt with the most this time round and she’s just so helpful.

Photographs were great, price was great but what made the service exceptional was their proactivity and frequent updates to us which as a customer was faultless. In what was one of the most stressful times of our lives, the team not only marketed our property but also kept us positive and supported us through relentless and unnecessary problems/issues. GoogleWe recently sold our house through Redcar Letting & Sales. The service provided by Jennifer and her team has been second to none. Our house sold within eight days of going on the market. From the word go we received an excellent level of professionalism from all staff involved with the sale of our house. Martin done a great job with the photos and marketing of our house also advising on the placement of furniture as to show off the full potential of every room. Jennifer gave us recommendations in relation to choosing our solicitor, another "feather in their cap" showing their knowledge and experience they have in dealing with sales. The team always updated all parties involved on a very regular basis and nothing was too much trouble. Superb communication link between buyers, sellers and solicitors.
