I have been a tenant with Redcar Lettings for the last year and they have been fantastic. They have always been very prompt to deal with any issues I may have had in the property. They offer a very personal service. I once had to contact them out of hours and received a call back very quickly and a solution the very same night. Jennifer at Redcar Lettings and Sales was an absolute legend in getting my house sale pushed through. She was on top of a really bad "home buying company" and their related solicitor and without her it would not have happened on time. We cannot thank her enough. Can't recommend this firm highly enough. They kept us and our solicitors updated through the whole buying experience. Jen and her team are very friendly whist staying professional. They made the house we were selling look so good on their website with pictures and a full video that it literally sold within 24 hrs. Jen and team also sold us the property we bought. Nothing was too much bother for them. Donna was always there with the keys to show us around everytime we wanted another look or to get measurements. Jennifer and Donna are lovely helpful people. Our father passed away and my sister and I have had to sell the family home. Jennifer and Donna were very caring and empathetic, helping us overcome the challenges of selling the house without having to return to the UK, (I live in New Zealand and my sister in Germany) The 13 hour and 11 hour time differences, required thought and planning when arranging face to face communication; thank goodness for WhatsApp and FaceTime). Jennifer and Donna would always make themselves available and helped us through the process leading to the successful sale. Donna and Jen went the extra mile for us, looking after the property in our absence, allowing tradesmen access to the house to replace a central heating boiler. Donna remained at the house until the work was finished. This gave us comfort and reassurance that we were in vey good and caring hands. I was shown around a house by Martin today, I've been looking for a fixer upper and usually the estate agents in the past have been so bland and look less then interested. Seem more interested in the contractors. Martin was easy to chat to and ask questions and seemed happy showing me around (even though it was freezing cold!) I didn't feel rushed at all and he answered any questions and encouraged me to call if I had any others :) would make buying much easier if all estate agents could be so cheerful!

I've used Redcar Lettings (formerly PGN) since the 1990s, when we bought a house in Redcar before going overseas, and that house has consistently been let out ever since. Their finding service has never let us down and we have consistently had excellent tenants found for us, who have usually stayed for some time. Last month we again needed to find new tenants and Redcar Lettings service was even better! Not just in finding ideal tenants almost immediately (which they did, putting in some particular efforts on our behalf) but in regard to the modern technological methods which are now being use.
