Hi Nawal: I am sorry that felt the need to give us a 1 -Star review for not being offered the property. For clarity, the reviewer viewed a property for letting and is angry that her offer was not accepted. We are an estate agency and as such it is our duty to find the right tenant for each property that we advertise. On that day, we had over 30 viewings for the same property - receiving over 15 offers. The property was clean, but small. In the end we accepted a single person - which we believe was the right fit. That person was selected on the same day. Ultimately we can only accept one offer at a time. Your review is misleading. You did not pay any holding deposit, nor did you send any documents. Regards, Steed Estates
