GoogleAs a landlady I have been working with RL Morris Ltd for a number of years and I have always had excellent, efficient service. The fees are reasonable and I have never had a complaint. The tenants he has found for me have always been excellent and looked after the property very well.

GoogleFor a start out of the three estate agents I contacted only RL Morris made the effort to get in touch. Preferring to deal with independents I found the communication with this estate agents to be exceptional, and professional. I found Richard's manner and approach when he came to value the property very knowledgeable, honest with a personal approach towards my needs. Would highly recommend using them for a more bespoke service and approach.

GoogleBought a property through Richard Morris at the end of 2019. He was great throughout the process; a rare breed of estate agent - both honest and genuine. His shop front and decor are both beautiful too. We are now happily living in our new home and are delighted with our purchase. If and when we come to sell, I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Richard.
