GoogleThis is my 2nd property sale through Douglas Allen. Rumel assisted with the 1st sale and was responsible for the 2nd commission from start to finish. Rumel provided a prompt service for me and always returned follow up calls when he said he would. I felt Rumel provided me with a very personal service and would recommend Douglas Allen, and specifically Rumel, to anyone local to Barkingside or Woodford.

Steve Ford led this for us on behalf of Douglas Allen, and with a 5-transaction chain that at some point fell apart and was then reconstituted in a very challenging rate environment, he was very often the sole point of confidence we found. His expert advice from the very initial listing of our house, through the 5 months of transaction challenges, was something we would strongly ly recommend to anyone on the housing market. This was made stronger by Denise's unwavering pursuit of the counterparties towards exchange and completion, and her excellent attention to detail. Thank you Douglas Allen team!
