GoogleAs landlords, we have used a lot of estate agents over the years to let our properties and have always hit problems - usually because teams and departments don't communicate with each other! But our experience with Winkworths has been completely different - from marketing the property, finding suitable tenants, referencing, paperwork and the finances, we have had a seamless service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team there and will definitely be back in touch when the property is vacant again.
