I can’t believe this renting agency have a 4.4…. My two year renting experience is literally hell. I will talk more about how they scammed for all our £1200 deposit money and made us suffer all the way through when I have more energy to type

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Caversham branch are so unhelpful, rude and treat tenants like scum. Avoid at all costs. With all the bad reviews I’m wonder why the head office don’t do something to sort it out ! They charge for damages and cleaning that’s non existent and then won’t give you a full breakdown of costs . I will never ever ever deal with them again !!

Over two weeks from my landlady notifying Romans to release my deposit after the end of my tenancy and still waitingfir it to be returned. All the excuses being used to justify this. Will be taking this case to the Ombudsman. Typical greedy estate agents. Avoid this company like the plague.

GoogleKimberley Garcia Jones did a great job and has been very responsive to any inquiries. She always gets to a solution and is highly reliable on follow ups. Thankfully she took the initiative on some repairs needed on my flat and got those sorted out quickly. Kimberley stands out amongst the real estate property managers I had to deal with so far and is easily providing a 5* service.

Not the easiest of companies to deal with. In house selling and purchasing clear and honest information should be given, however on my experience this was not always the case.

Horrible service. Romans doesn't conduct its business with its tenants best interest in mind. It is all about money. After renting a property with them I feel that I was only being used. They have failed me several times in particular by sending the wrong documents and trying to charge me more than agreed. I have been renting for a few years now and Romans is by far the worst agency I have dealt with.

A terrible dishonest company so far. Arranged for a viewing. Agent said on phone, fine. Date and Time scheduled. Got off work early for viewing. Email them to confirm. No response, no reply. Called them, no one is picking up. Showed up. No one is here. Lazy staff, bad company and pretty much disgusting people. Would advise no one to do business with them. You don't even deserve a 1 star.

Terrible service. You can never speak to anyone. They are only interested in the money. They charge a fortune in tenant fees and extra for "check-in" that they subcontract out at your expense. They need to be chased constantly to get anything done. Very rarely get worked up by bad companies but this one has been one of the worse, despite all their advertising and email saying how caring and efficient they are. Avoid.
