Review Prospect Agency

Renting through Prospect agency has been an overall positive experience for me. As agents ensuring the communication & liaison between landlords and tenants, I imagine their work is not always simple. However, all the agents I have dealt with have been quick to respond to & manage issues. Most recently Nikki has dealt with issues swiftly and efficiently in particular ensuring the check out process went smoothly & liaised well with my landlord.

The team here are amazing, especially Ricky and Harry. Their communication throughout the entire process has been outstanding. Even when challenges arose further up the chain, they kept us fully informed and reassured every step of the way. We always felt like a priority, and I couldn’t recommend the team more!

Very happy with the service and support from Prospect with my house sale! Davina Dobe was my main contact and she was very responsive to any queries and did a sterling job organising viewings and providing feedback! The Sales Progression team were also on point liaising on queries and following-through with updates. Also would like to thank Harry for making sure the house was ok when I was away for a few weeks!

Fantastic service from the property management team, with special thanks to Sophie Towell who was amazing. I particularly appreciated the support I received from Sophie and the team when finally selling my property. It’s wonderful to know that the team care about providing great service all the way through to the end of a business relationship. I whole-heartedly recommend them!

“I had an excellent experience with Ricky and Kenny at Prospect Estate Agency while purchasing my flat in Bracknell. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but Ricky and Kenny made everything much easier by keeping me informed at every stage and always being available to answer my questions. Their communication was clear, honest and prompt, which gave me a lot of confidence during the purchase. They went above and beyond to make sure everything moved smoothly and efficiently, and I truly appreciated their dedication and professionalism. I’m very grateful for their help in securing my flat and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you both for such fantastic service!

Davina Dobe has been an absolute star throughout the process of selling our flat. So friendly and approachable, nothing was too much for her to handle. Can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us. Without her I don't think we would have secured our dream home. Couldn't recommend her more, Thank you!

Best in berkshire

One of the best businesses I’ve encountered in the UK. I stayed in a Prospect-managed property in Berkshire and they’ve been incredibly professional throughout the tenancy. This includes check-in management issue reporting and renewal. Even when I requested a rolling contract during the property purchase the agency and landlord communication was spot on. Sophie handled the checkout and was very professional and diligent in communicating. I received my deposit back even before a month, which is unusual in the UK market.

Nikki Gardner is a credit to Prospect

Nikki Gardner has been my contact at Prospect for nearly two years now and has always been friendly and prompt in her replies to my messages. Anytime there was an issue, she was always happy to help and empathetic. Because of her, Prospect would be my first port of call if I moved or were ever to become a landlord myself.
