I have dealt with Lily Sines for a while now and I have always been impressed with how efficient and knowledgeable she is. My emails are always dealt with immediately and Lily is always very helpful and tries to make any work that needs to be done to the house a smooth process as we live in the US. I know I can always rely on Lily to get things done for us. Lily is a huge asset to Prospect!

Lily has been managing a few properties for me for some time and has always been courteous, prompt and professional through my many interactions with her. Lily's pro-active approach really sets her apart and is incredibly important and helpful for me as a landlord. Lily will gather & present all the relevant information (quotes, new tenant details etc) which enables me to make an informed decision and therefore the process far more efficient. Had Prospect selling my property in a not exactly favourable market, but they were really professional with their valuation and the conduct of viewings, with every viewing followed up. Eventually we had a buyer and from there the real challenges begin... they did a wonderful job liaising between seller, buyer and their solicitors. We needed a fast completion and with their help we were able to pull through. Many thanks to Paul and Beth and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market!

I found Prospects an absolute pleasure to deal with when selling my house. They were very informative without any pushiness. Ross was professional and guided us through our first house sale. No questions or my chasing for updates was ever a problem, and always gave his full time and attention. Their market knowledge meant that we got a great price for our house and sold at the first viewing day. I could have sold for a significantly smaller sum had I gone with another more pushy estate agent. My buyer also commented on how lovely prospects were to deal with both at the house viewing and throughout the sale process. I am really pleased and would highly recommend prospects. Thank you!

Its the worst experience i ever had.All those agencies following the same patterns but this experience was beyond awful.We raised a complaint regards to delay on refurbishment.The reason of the delay was that the agency did not transfer money on time on builder as builder confirmed.We wasted money on frozen food for another week as the kitchen was ripped off and we could not used it.We did not have an information from the agency about the delay whatsoever.I accidentally called and i found out my self.All this did affect our monthly budget .Our holidays were ruined and night shifts for extra money were cancelled as the refurb. date changed .I was dealing with lots of stress because of a health issue and although i mentioned this to the agency the kept ignoring us.Samantha Baron was the only person who actually listens and provides solutions .There is a lack of communication in general.We need to call and email numerous times for things to get sorted.We had broken handles in 2 bedroom windows and anyone could open from outside.For this only we needed to call and email over a month.Our total nightmare started when i had to deal with an agent called Chloe Hoptroff. She never replies back.Ever!I never seen this in my life before.I spent time on my days off,my holidays,to reach her and even when i call another person will always say she is busy.Still to this day she has not replied since over a month ago.I've seen other reviews with people having the same exact issue with the same person.Its very sad that these people are on this jobs.I never had so much stress in my life.Very sad.

Highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents. The Warfield office provided exemplary service from start to finish and I cannot overstate their professionalism throughout.Special mention to Beth for selling our house at the first time of asking (with some considerable time pressures to do so) and Virginia for her constant communication and advice throughout the sale process. We also bought our house through the Prospect Bracknell office and their service was similarly professional - again special thanks to Ricky and Adam from the Bracknell branch. House moving is a stressful experience but the constant and willing communication from the entire Prospects team went some way to alleviate this!

Worst Experience - Would never Recommend and would Never use them again as a tenant!!Without going into too much detail I'll summarize in 3 points:- Rented a high value 4-bed property for almost 6 years and never late on a single rent payment as well as fully supported all 6 monthly inspections without any issues. After we were given notice due to the landlord unfortunately wanting to sell the property - we exited the property in the most professional and amicable manner with all our dues and dutied cleared. However, Prospect then to us almost in "landlord's lawyer" terms, completely disregarding any onus or responsibility towards us the tenants & threatening to retain the entire large security deposit with him for the most unjust and discriminatory reasons. - Zero help after serving us notice despite knowing that we were a family with 3 young children. Zero help in relocation and making the transition easier for us in finding another property with christmas coming up. Not a single phone call!- Post exiting the property, sheer lack of courtesy and poor communication to drop even a line/mesg/email for us to pick up some important mail that had arrived unknown to us - instead, they told the landlord to return to sender and post them back. Suffice to say we won't be using Prospect again. Highly disappointed. Nothing but a stressful move from a house we called home due to the unprofessional parties involved.

Maddie Clarke is an exceptional estate agent. Maddie is far superior to any estate agent I have used over the years. She is professional, efficient, honest and extremely helpful. My move was particularly emotionally difficult Maddie went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and less stressed she always had time to listen and talk to me. Maddie always returned my calls promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Maddie. If and when I sell again I will use Maddie Clarke I’ve never dealt with such an amazing agent who makes her client feel cared for and valued.

Its been a real pleasure working with Beth Murphy on my recent purchase. And avoided using the pushy sales tactic which i had experienced with other property agents . Michael went the extra mile to guide us through two sales of houses .The sales had some challenges which he was able to help both us the seller and the buyer to understand and quantify.This was perhaps more of a challenge given the cultural backgrounds and different approaches to buying and selling of property.I can recommend Michael and his team.
