Made themselves available at the drop of a hat when we needed to take a second look at the property, take measurements etc. Can't recommend them highly enough.

FacebookMy husband and I put our house on the market with Elliott and Smith earlier in the year, following a positive meeting with George. The team were successful in finding our buyers within a few short months and after our initial property fell through the guys at Elliott & Smith began searching for our new home. Rather then waste our time showing us properties which they knew to be unsuitable the team really listened to us. A few weeks later the team contacted us excitedly to say they had found a property which seemed to tick all the boxes. And before the photos of the property had even been taken the house was ours! It wasn’t plain sailing and there were bumps in the road (due to the length of the chain), however the team were always on hand to offer their support and guidance. We really couldn’t have asked for a nicer team of people to work with. We are now settled in our new home and looking forward to Christmas. It’s fair to say we probably wouldn’t be here now without them and would like to say a massive thank you and merry Christmas to Steve, Julie, George and Dan. If you want a team of dedicated, hard working and caring people to sell your property, listen to you and find your dream home then please look no where else.

FacebookThese guys are amazing, they found us the perfect home, and they had our flat under offer within 3 days of being on the market. Their communication was great from start to finish, and they make a point of ensuring all their members of staff are 'in the loop', so no matter who you talk to you know you're getting the best information. Would definitely recommend these guys!
