We cannot fault the experience that we have had with the whole team at Elliott and Smith. George and the team at E&S marketed our house brilliantly, achieving a cluster of quick viewings, three of which resulted in immediate offers. E&S then rescued the sale when it looked certain to fall through, intermediating sensitively between the various parties, including the solicitors. I cannot recommend these guys enough - in terms of full on, energised commitment to a sale, it would be very difficult to imagine a better, more professional experience.

We sold our house with Elliott and Smith. They came round took the photos and had us up on Rightmove the same day as our enquiry at a very good rate. We also sold in less than 24 hours. Our house had to go back on the market again but once again we had lots of viewings lined up the next day and sold again. We have now exchanged and looking forward to our new family home. I would definitely recommend Elliott and Smith, they are down to earth and efficient. You won’t be disappointed.

Me and my partner are first time buyers and had looked at many properties and finally found our dream home. We haggled over the price and ended up offering £10,000 more over the guided price of £300,000 and got told it was ours and the house was sold on the website, only to be told an offer was put in higher than ours AFTER they had accepted our offer. After all the phone calls we had, we feel that we have been treated unfairly and would not recommend this estate agency to first time buyers. I have been in tears over this and the whole experience has left me heart broken.
