Big thanks to the team at Elliott&Smith! We recently purchased a property and they were super helpful. Our first viewing was on a bit of a whim (we saw Steve finishing up a different viewing and he accomodated our request for a quick look round). They also squeezed us in for a second viewing shortly after and Dan was incredibly good at chasing up the seller / solicitors and keeping us in the loop at all times. E&S always answered emails / calls and returned calls when they said they would. Thank you!

Can't thank this cheerful, friendly, family team enough for helping me to sell my deceased dad's flat. I had no idea what had to be done and they were always on hand to help either via email or a phone call and if I paid an unannounced visit to the office when I was passing, I was always made to feel welcome and each one would take time to say hello or have a few words. All were knowledgeable, informative, and kept me updated frequently, even why a viewing wasn't successful which is so important and I appreciate the honesty. Very professional. Can't fault them. I will certainly recommend Elliot & Smith.

A hugh thanks to all the team, they have been fantastic from start to finish, my property was sold in a few days. The photos that Dan done were excellent, the help and advise i received was professional and friendly, and they put you at ease throughout the whole process. This Estate Agency is an independent business and not part of a hugh organisation, they really do have time for people and i found they were always ready to help me, answering my questions etc. I highly recommend Elliott and Smith

Incredible Team that cared about us the whole journey. Big thank you to Dan, Zuhre and Julie for there attention to detail, professionalism and really understand what we wanted from a home and us a couple. From arranging the viewing to putting our offer in they have always communicated clearly with the both of us giving clarity on next steps and expectation. They always reassured even when I called to ask the smallest question were non judgement mental and understanding. Dan on our viewing had a geniene love the house well now our house now 🙈 and helped us have the vision for what could be. After some not so great experiences - to put it lightly with other estate agents in the area, E&S restored our faith for the search for our perfect home. We would highly recommend the and they would be our first choice if we ever looked to move house again. Thank you to everyone at E&S! Aaliyah & Jordan

Absolutely amazing estate agency!! Would definitely recommend especially if you are first time buyers. Elliot and Smith put us through to an excellent Mortgage Adviser (Glen from Russell Financial Solutions) who took us through the whole process and helped us get a great mortgage deal. Julie and Dan were always available to answer our queries and provided us valuable advise. Thanks again, April & George

Dan is the kindest Estate Agent I have ever worked with. Dan was an absolute pleasure from the start to finish of our house purchase. He was able to answer all of our questions, even when our solicitor got it wrong. Dan was at the end of the phone or a quick email whenever we needed him. 5 star service from Elliott and Smiths.

I bought a property through Elliott & Smith and it's safe to say that if it wasn't for Dan I wouldn't have bought my new home. He kept the entire chain together and moving forward, always had a update on how the sale was progressing and would always be honest with me even when the news wasn't good. Dan essentially did the work of all the other estate agents in the chain. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Elliott & Smith if I ever came to sell. Thank you Dan, George, Steve and Julie!

Me and my fiancee bought our first home and was very fortunate that our sellers had chosen Elliott & Smith. They were brilliant! A MASSIVE thank you to Julie who gave us frequent updates, answered every question we had, explained everything very clearly and for chasing up the solicitors. Would definitely use them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone.

Five stars for our estate agent Elliott & Smith at Rayleigh, Essex! They sold our house swiftly and with absolute ease. Their expertise and efficiency were evident throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their property hassle-free. Our heartfelt thanks to Julie, Dan and Zurie, in particular, who were absolutely brilliant!

We sold our house through the diligence of Elliott and Smith. From the outset we were impressed with their professionalism, combined with a very warm and caring approach. They have a genuine concern for their clients, as people. If we contacted them over any issues, we knew we could rely on a pro - active response and timely answer; all of which has contributed to our move next week.

Having sold properties in both the UK and here in Cyprus i can honestly say that the service from Elliott and Smith has been the very best. They persevered and eventually got us a sale, even after we decided to try multi agency, they out shone all the big names with more viewings than the rest, put together, and they beat the competition with their fees, Ron and Debbie Bell.

We found Elliot & Smith to be the best estate agent we have ever used. So friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of viewers and secured the sale . Each one of the team played a great part. Julia so efficient, Steve and Dan always there to make sure things happened but especially George who worked so hard to make the sale for us and even managed to get us that little bit extra. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a friendly, family, professional team to sell or purchase a house for you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Although we didn't use Elliot and Smith to sell our house, we bought through them. They were by far the best estate agents in the chain! They were excellent at getting in contact with those hard to reach estate agents and solicitors to really work out what was going on in a stressful and drawn out chain! If it wasn't for them, I really think we wouldn't have completed. Excellent communication from all with a special mention to Julie and Dan! I would definitely recommend this company!

Although not used personally, my Auntie who lives in Rayleigh used Elliott and Smith to sell her house last December. Not being tech savvy she has asked me to leave these comments on her behalf. Dan and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Initially with another local agent who seemed quite complacent and updates were very hard to get. After 6 weeks of being with Elliott and Smith the whole process was complete. She is extremely happy and impressed. Massive thanks from Susan Dobson!!
