GoogleSorry to say it. But Your Move. Never did much to help the Sale of our Bungalow. They have only sent 2 Viewings in the 3 months with them. Have now ask them to Remove there add and take there Board away. Decided to Stay were we are. & Not Move.

GoogleCan not fault this branch at all. Rachel was amazing and helped us find our new family home so quickly! She was so lovely and helpful and no question was a bother for her at all! Leaps and bounds better than any other estate agents we’ve used before.

GoogleI quite agree. - Problem is with estate agents not all of them actually tell the WHLE truth. So let's get it right - Yours Move work hard on clients behalf, however conveying the whole transaction correctly is somewhat a clouded issue.

GoogleI have just purchased a property that was listed with Your Move (so they are my seller's agent, not mine). I can't emphasise enough how wonderful the team at the Ramsgate branch are. Every time I've needed to contact them they have been really friendly and very accommodating. The last few days have been a bit stressful as there were 6 properties in the chain so everyone needed to be ready to exchange at the same time. Amy has chased everyone up making sure all of the solicitors are doing what they should be doing in order for us to exchange. She has kept in contact with me each step of the way making sure I was aware of where everyone was at. This is more than my own agent has done. Well Done YourMove!

GoogleYour Move Ramsgate first marketed our home late 2017 / early 2018 and sold it easily but we pulled out as we found nowhere suitable to buy locally. Another large local agent came to re-view our home before we decided who to go with, but they didn't know the % they would charge us and it took 24 hours before they called us back with an update. Our house went back on in Spring 2019 with YM and they found the right buyer before it had even been launched online with completion mid-August. We are really pleased with the YM service we received, the way they progressed the sale and how easy they were to deal with. They were realistic about the local market, honest and motivated to find the right buyer :)

My requirements were heard at the beginning, and the tenants found were just what I was looking for. Rachel and Matt go above and beyond, and even speaking with Joe and Amy who are on sales, they do their very best to help me out and make me feel important. Good Job guys!

Your Move Ramsgate are excellent, they offer a first-class professional service, and when selling your property, they are with you every step of the way. The team are extremely focussed and attentive to you as a client, friendly and very good at keeping you informed and following up throughout the selling process. We would highly recommend them.
