The team at Your Move Ramsgate Matt, Rachel, Joe & Sasha were all excellent with their Tenant search services provided to me for my three properties. Matt & Rachel make you feel comfortable from the outset & they give full support& advice based on their vast experiences in the Industry which is very very useful Their professional approach was brilliant, and responses to my emails and phone calls & queries raised were all dealt with immediately. They followed my instructions to the full. Excellent team to work with & who provided me with very helpful advice throughout the process . I would highly recommend using them.

The team at Your Move Ramsgate are absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them. From the beginning to the end their communication and customer care was second to none. Matt and the team got us through 9 crazy months, supporting us every step of the way. They were extremely professional and genuinely cared about us as their clients, they made what could have been a terrible experience, one where we felt totally supported and informed. Interesting to see how much more they did to help us compared to the other estate agents in the chain. At times it felt like they were doing the job for everyone as they went above and beyond for us. Kudos to Matt and team for getting us into our forever home 🏡 🥰

We have recently sold an apartment through Your Move Ramsgate and all staff acted professionally , from the first visit by Matt to the property , until the completion of the sale . The process of dealing with Building Landlords and Managing Agents was a very difficult and long process, which was very frustrating at times . Matt and the team in the Ramsgate office , always kept us in the loop with regards progress and assisted with chasing all parties involved , to keep the process moving during difficult Covid times . We would not hesitate to recommend them when dealing with property sales .

Unreal service, from the moment we met Joe he was friendly and honest, he gave us a good valuation and it was accurate as it sold. From start to finish we had total support and we felt updated. The sales progressing was excellent and it was particularly good to have Amy and Matt support us. They always called before they booked a viewing and gave us a detailed run down of the potential buyers. This was all done as we entered our 2nd wave of COVID and the staff always wore masks and were careful with their protocols. If we ever called the office someone always answered or got back to us. In addition Amy and Matt were so responsive to emails too. The whole team gave us great advice and supported us all the way through. Our sale wasn’t straight forward, we had many many bumps in the road and at one point we nearly lost the whole thing (nothing to do with YourMove) and the honest support we received was invaluable. If you are buying or selling I can’t recommend YourMove in Ramsgate highly enough. Professional, personable and so supportive. Joe, Matt and Amy are unbelievably good at what they do. We can’t thank them enough, they have helped us achieve our dream home.

Your Move. Well, what can I say other than awesome. For nearly 7 months we waited for our new home. It has honestly been the most difficult move I have ever been involved in (there have been a few). Sash and Mat never gave up (I almost did a few times) they went above and beyond on so many levels, as did all of the team. I cannot thank them enough for all the support they gave. There was many, many phone calls exchanged, a lot of moaning and a few tears shed, through the frustration of this move, but they just kept their cool and carried on fighting to get things done. As I said at the start you guys really are awesome. Thank you so much for what you have done. ❤

Brought a house through yourmove and couldn't of had a better agent to work through. Amy was professional and friendly and always quick to respond with emails. She helped chase up solicitors from both sides and always kept us and the sellers in the loop so we always knew what stage we were at. As one very rarely sells your house you cannot be or feel anything but naïve about a choice of Estate Agents. Your Move were my second choice of Estate agents, the first company were very much sign now and all will be great! I was a little un-comfy. So Your Move called around, Joe took the time to chat about the road and some of the more difficult and demanding sales particularly one in my street. He was unusually knowledgeable about his trade and uses this knowledge very effectively. I realised that he had worked very hard to achieve a resolution on a hard to sell house. Your Move are a very effective as a team led by Matt and the resolute and friendly caring Sash, very little deflected them. They were wholly committed to the sale but maintained a level of principled professional behaviour not usually connected to Estate Agents. I do recommend them to both buyers and sellers alike.

I used Your Move recently to sell my seafront flat, and I found them to offer a top notch professional service. They got so many potential buyers through my door, but sadly (for them) the buyer pulled out and I had to go dual agency to avoid losing my purchase, and the other agent got me the second buyer. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Your Move. Every single person I dealt with over 6 months with was incredibly helpful. They got back quickly and answered every question promptly and with expert knowledge. They are pleasant to deal with, and they really know their stuff.

For anyone who is going to rent a property through these make sure you have enough money that if you need one you could get a lawyer. Rented a flat through these and flat turned out to be as dodgy as anything, never been registered to council and never had building Reg's!! Now for some unknown reason struggling to end tenancy due to health reasons, but seems more support for Landlord.
