on Saturday we were looking at the house we were interested in, the person who advised us told us to contact the office, which was open until 5 pm, after connecting with the office, the employee said that he did not know what apartment / house we were talking about and told us to call on Monday, on Monday the manager said that the apartment was rented on Saturday, so in this situation we were misled by the agencies and treated as objects we are very angry!

When Kathy Wood from Oakwood first arrived to assess the sale of our property, we were very much taken by her relaxed but professional approach, friendly, but business-like. She was obviously a woman who knew her stuff. Contrary to popular opinion of estate agents, she was very impressive. In fact, overall, Oakwood seemed so superior to their main competition in Ramsgate, and cheaper too. This opinion stuck with us through to completion. When a minor hiccup presented itself just before exchange of contracts, Kathy's colleague, Debbie Thwaites, stepped in to deal with the issue swiftly, ensuring completion was achieved on schedule. Overall a very positive experience.

Oakwood homes Ramsgate provided a first class service from start to finish for us. Rob, Kathy and their team were professional and efficient throughout. We particularly liked how they managed all of the viewings, not something that all estate agents do. Whenever I contacted them, I knew the member of staff on the line as the team is small and efficient. Our buyer was unfortunate in having his buyer pull out, this put us in a difficult position - but Rob and Kathy again managed the situation and were able to sell for us again quickly, enabling us to still get the property we were after. We are really grateful for their efforts and recommend them highly.
