This is the second time I have used Oakwoods to sell a property over a 10 year period. The care, compassion and understanding of the agents was above and beyond expectation, this was one of the main reasons I came back as a return customer. The sales progressors are equally amazing and keep you fully updated all the way through the sale, they monitor the sale closely and deal regularly with solicitors for you. There is never a “hard sell” and they take the time to understand what my needs are and help meet them, I would recommend them to everyone.

I found all of the staff at Oakwood Ramsgate to be very helpful. I dealt mainly with Kathy Wood and Chloe Marshall who dealt with our viewings for both sale and purchase, Both were very professional and could not do enough to help. All of the office staff were also very helpful and communicated throughout. I found Josh, Josh 2, Debbie, Rob and Suzanne very helpful and all would always return calls and forward messages. We are very happy with the service provided and would wholeheartedly recommend Oakwood to others

We used them as our agent when landlords, and though we had outstanding issues upon moving back into the house, they resolved them willingly, at no extra cost as needed in order to sell the house. We therefore decided to sell with Oakwood homes, and we do not regret this decision. Rob Lear was helpful, confident, reasonable, available when needed, and extremely competent at his job. We were assured throughout he was working for our interests and keen to get us the best price possible. Debbie Thwaites our sales Progresso was also very able, and willing to deal with all our enquiries in order to push the sale through.

Excellent service during the sale of our house. Ethan went out of his way to chase up emails that required answers. And Kathy, just went far beyond by printing off all of the many documents that were required and sending the to the campsite that we were staying on during the sale. Even sent a stamped addressed envelope so we could sign and send back to our solicitors the many many different documents they needed.. We could not have sold without this help... Thank you...

Kate and Amy have been absolutely incredible from start to finish. So much patience with us, promptly answered any questions we had about the property and made us feel welcomed and valued as prospective tenants. Extremely friendly service. Daisy was polite and professional on my initial visit to view two rental properties. on Saturday we were looking at the house we were interested in, the person who advised us told us to contact the office, which was open until 5 pm, after connecting with the office, the employee said that he did not know what apartment / house we were talking about and told us to call on Monday, on Monday the manager said that the apartment was rented on Saturday, so in this situation we were misled by the agencies and treated as objects we are very angry!
