Worst experience so far as a tenant with a lettings agent. Rude, sarcastic employees. Communication is shocking, we seem to be doing their admin for the property which is taking a lot of time out of our actual jobs. If you are tenants, avoid miles and barr at all costs.

I’d recommend Miles & Barr. They were great at recommending properties to us and keeping in touch about viewings. And throughout the buying process I had one point of contact, Louise, who was so helpful and communicative. She was always ready to help and update us. Great service!

had a viewing booker for today,the lady who carried out the viewing couldnt answer any basic questions so she clearly hasnt been trained,not at all helpful not her thought as they shouldnt have sent her.information certainly not upto date and true on the details,waste of my time

GoogleOverall good experience. However the communication can be improved immensely. Perhaps have an online sales tracker where the agents can update comments etc. and no need for phone calls to get status updates.

GoogleThe property viewing was good but the final result was bad. We went and wanted the property and we did mention we needed to find a property asap for my son and we didn't get that one and no follow up about any other properties so much staff and no results

Googlemiles & Barr are only out for the landlords not the tennents been waiting for my deposit back well over a month they have been trying to pin things on me which are nothing to do with me. would never use them again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
