Poor communication skills, assign you a person to correspond with, you here nothing. Normal reply on phone we will message them they will get back to you ! Guess what nobody gets back to you. If they recommend a solicitor to you ! You will find them more expensive and quite useless slow slow in every way

I am impressed by the way Milles and Barr attended quickly to me. After I decided that I wanted the house, Kerrie Bruner attended to me and helped make my contact with the Landlord quicker (met him within 2 days of showing my interest in the property) She also assisted with my application for referencing. She is nice and replies emails quickly.

My partner and I purchased our first home from Miles & Barr in September and from start to finish they were brilliant, from the young guy who showed us around the property initially, and then Louise who we were in direct contact with from offer to collecting the keys (and even some questions after) was absolutely a star to deal with.

GoogleIt was a really long process from when we applied. It went way past the availability date and we had to wait a while for any updates due to issues with waiting for the landlord to move out of the house, not any fault of the letting agent, but once a date was set everything went pretty smoothly and to plan.

GoogleThe young man who showed me round 4 houses( one at very short notice) was excellent-polite, friendly, well informed and professional. The office staff are brilliant-easy to get hold of and answered all queries efficiently. It was clear the communication between staff is very good, a factor which made us feel looked after from start to finish. Thankyou George and colleagues.

Bought a house and took their recommendations for both a solicitor and their mortgage team. An unbelievably bad and incompetence experience. Happy to share details if anyone wants more. They halfheartedly apologised at the end by which time I wished I'd never even raised it. If possible avoid this company.
