GoogleFrom the first day we had our property valued to completion day, the ladies at Guildcrest have been nothing short of friendly and professional. Hayley marketed the property and Carrie helped with the sales progression. Georgia also helped show potential buyers around. We have now given deposit to our daughter for her first home and she has bought a new build through Guildcrest! Thank you all. You’re wonderful!

GoogleWe sold our previous property through Guildcrest Estates and also purchased a new build home from them. Communication was excellent. The whole team were by far the best estate agents that we have ever dealt with in any of our previous house moves. We wouldn't hesitate in using them again however we absolutely love our new build home that was also built by Guildcrest so we have no intention in moving.

GoogleThe team at Guildcrest are professional, reliable, helpful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth transition into our home. We cannot thank the team at Guildcrest enough for all their knowledge and support. I have never known a new build to have been created to such a high spec. The design has been exceptionally thought out with plenty of storage space (a rare concept to all the new builds I have seen). I have often found new builds to be basic, however Guildcrest homes have additional finishing touches that have exceeded our expectations. We are overjoyed with all the finer details in our home. The room sizes are extremely generous; as is the outside space. The location is perfect and the estate is friendly and quiet. We are an expanding family and our home is more than accommodating for this. We have enjoyed the entire process and love our new home. We are going to have many happy years here. Guildcrest are a fantastic company, with highly skilled and experienced staff. It has been an enjoyable process from start to finish. Thank you to all at Guildcrest for our wonderful home and brilliant experience. We have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Guildcrest homes to family and friends. With thanks, The Atkinsons.
