Guildcrest is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Hayley was professional, honest, realistic, helpful and very kind from the outset, and once we had a buyer, Carrie was fantastic with weekly updates on progress. We did not have to chase for information once, which was a novel experience. Will definitely use Guildcrest again!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you both. Zoe, from the first day we meet you at 51 you understood exactly what we were after and set everything up so we didn’t need to stress. I still cannot believe that the first person to view it has now purchased it with no issues or changing their mind. Thank-you!! Carrie, you have been unbelievable in replying to emails, contacting everyone on my behalf and organising solicitors and chasing people. You are so efficient and just give that normal person feel in a situation of solicitor jargon!! Which believe me is VERY much needed. Also communicating between me and my buyer has been really nice to receive these emails, which has allowed me to relax a bit more. From the moment to visited the show home with Hayley (who laid on the floor to entice our baby to crawl towards her!) we knew that we wanted to buy a house on St Stephen’s park. After many visits to site to peep through the windows in anticipation, we completed 3 months after first visiting the show home, Martine was excellent in communicating the next steps and arranging viewings to show our families our chosen plot. We met some of the builders on the site visit who genuinely seemed pleased to talk to us, and nothing was too much trouble. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the house speaks for itself and we are genuinely thrilled with how beautiful our new home is. We cannot wait to spend many happy years here raising our children.

We enquired about a house we saw online very impulsively but with the help of Hayley at Guildcrest, we had listed and sold our house within a matter of a few weeks and ready to reserve a new property with Guildcrest. Georgia was very helpful on the phone with our enquiries, showed us around a home and we fell in love with it but it then sold. However, we then saw the show home a couple of days later which was lovely but sold the day before. Then we had some bad news about our sale regarding searches and we were a bit disheartened by this but Georgia saved the day and arranged a last minute viewing on some alternatives at very short notice. She even stayed late to make sure we could view the homes which we were very grateful for! Eventually we worked out an alternative and reserved our dream home. Carrie took over the case from Exchange and was very good at chasing solicitors, being the point of contact between all parties involved and explained processes well with regular updates. All the girls in the office (named above) couldn’t do more for us; they went above and beyond to get us into our dream home. The communication and efforts they went to could not have been beaten. On the day of moving, Martine took over and dealt with our case but the communication was poor, key information seemed to be missed/not passed on and wires were crossed between us moving out and those moving in which caused unnecessary stress. Guildcrest’s solicitors also took a break at a crucial point of the day which caused us to get the keys later in the day which in turn, had a knock on effect for all involved. Our solicitors called us to inform us that funds had been transferred fairly early in the day, yet we could not collect our keys until very late in the afternoon so we had to move into the house in darkness essentially! Guildcrest were amazing up until this point and the service felt tarnished a little by this particular experience unfortunately but as a whole, with this aside, they were great and we would still use them again in the future! With the service aside, our new home is absolutely beautiful, seems to be built well with a few minor snags but the attention to detail and finish is of a very high quality and we are sure our family will have many years of happiness in our new home. Thank you Guildcrest!

After a good deal of research I purchased a new build property and then let this via Guildcrest Estates. The build finish and overall service provided was fantastic! The attention to detail on build work, compared to other large house builders, was much better. Larger plots, no hidden extra costs for fully tiled bathrooms, roads laid sooner than later etc etc (Dan must have some good connections). The team at Guildcrest have time for their customers and are only too happy to assist with your inquiries. I had a small snagging this and this was all rectified in good time. Guildcrest/Georgia came up with the goods finding some fantastic tenants and managed the process like a pro. I can't recommend them enough and hope to see more build sites soon!
