This company is unprofessional. They still agree with the old fashioned “gazumping” a property was sold through another agent and yet they still allowed a viewing knowing it was off the market. Don’t buy with this company as your property might not end up being yours even after the accepted offer as they clearly allow other viewings once sold. I’ve spoken to most of the agents in Thanet and non of them would do the same just goes to show this company cant be trusted, and clearly don’t care about their reputation. Shameful.

In fact in this instance we were representing a seller who had placed there property with a number of estate agents.
However, we can assure you that we acted professionally and correctly in this case, following the seller's instructions and in compliance with industry regulations and our company policies. It's disappointing to hear that you're making untrue accusations against us, and we take any allegations seriously.
We pride ourselves on providing a transparent and trustworthy service to all our clients, and we would never engage in any unlawful or unethical practices. We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with the outcome, but it's important to note that multiple parties can be interested in a property, and the seller ultimately has the right to accept the offer that's in their best interest until contracts are exchanged.
We'd also like to mention that our team members are entitled to be treated with respect and professionalism, and any abusive or threatening behavior towards them will not be tolerated. We understand that a connected party/male telephoned our offices and was rude, threatening and aggressive towards my team members. This is completely unacceptable regardless of the situation, or how upset or disappointed you may have been.

I viewed a lovely little property, and submitted an offer over the phone early last week, & despite having my contact details, nobody has had the decency to come back to me. Very soon after my offer, the property was being shown as ‘under offer’ so I assumed was due to my offer. However after still no communication back to me a week nearly later, I shall now ‘assume’ not.To leave a potential buyer in limbo, even if my offer wasn’t accepted, I wasn’t given an opportunity to increase this offer ? politeness at the very least, I should of been informed one way or the other, otherwise to me it’s unprofessional & rude..also to add, I haven’t heard of an offer being ignored before.. disappointed Incidentally my offer is now withdrawn

You’re not the only person who ended up being disappointed, I went through exact same situation where I wasn’t given an opportunity to increase my offer nor I was contacted to discuss further. Extremely disappointed about the way it was handled despite having all documents ready. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
