Particularly impressed with Tom who always contacts me as owner of the rented property before undertaking any renovations needed on the properties with a detailed report . They have professional handymen available who will always provide a good service and keep you informed throughout with any work undertaken . I receive rental statements on time every month and staff always respond quickly and in a friendly manner to any questions I may have . Overall they offer a very professional ,competent and friendly service .

Julian provided us with a realistic valuation, and it was clear from the outset he has complete faith in his staff, which gives a really positive vibe. All involved remained professional and friendly throughout the process. Our main negotiations were carried out by Nyreen, who was a pleasure to deal with. GoogleWe had a number of agents come to give us a price for our house, and all of them under valued the property by around 10-15%. When we met Julian from Pearson Ferrier, he spent time with us to talk through the price and area as well as giving us his background and experience. We agreed on what the sale price should be and within 7 days we received and accepted an offer at asking. The service was really personal and if I ever need to sell a property in the area again then I would have no doubt where to go.
