So impressed with Jacksons. They kept me informed all the time and were very helpful and friendly. They made the process of selling my late mother's house go very smoothly. I had three estate agents round to give me a probate valuation and knew instantly that I wanted to go with Jacksons - David was so helpful and not pushy. When we put it on the market, they found a buyer so quickly. Thanks to Sandra, Jacqui, Stephanie and David. If I ever move I would definitely use Jacksons.

We have just purchased our first home, and prior to buying we were told things like “remember the estate agent works for the seller and not for you” so we didn’t have big hopes of a particularly great experience, but fortunately we had the complete opposite. We had previously tried to purchase with another agent and were massively let down, feeling quite agitated by our experience we then searched for another property, we found one with Jackson’s and requested to view, within 30 minutes Sandra called to book us in, she made a super last minute arrangement with David, who had agreed to show us the property that day, we arrived an expected a seriously pushy sales scenario but instead were left to have a look around and ask questions as we needed, not once was the suggestion of placing an offer mentioned, both myself and my fiancée were made to feel really comfortable and immediately got the impression that David was a really genuine guy, our second viewing was exactly the same, again we were left to our own devices, free to measure up for furniture and check loads of bits and bobs we had noted down. The whole process was all monitored and chased up by Stephanie, who we cannot thank enough, as first time buyers we were obviously not clued up on the different steps, and what was required from us and when, but not once did we feel we couldn’t ask questions, there wasn’t anything that was problematic for Stephanie, and we are so glad we’ve had her on side throughout. We would definitely use Jackson’s for buying and selling in the future, there would be absolutely no reason for us not to, for us, cost wouldn’t even sway our decision if we were to sell in the future, we are very happy. Thank you to everyone who’s put a massive amount of effort into our purchase along the way :)

After several previous bad experiences with estate agents recently we have finally just exchanged contracts & moved into our beautiful new home through Jacksons. We couldnt recommend Jacksons enough, they totally restored our faith & we wished we had sold our house through them too. From start to finish the staff were soo helpful & kind. We are beyond grateful to the incredible Sam and Ruth for going above and beyond. We met Sam at our initial viewing, where she was super helpful. As first time renters, we had a lot of questions, and she made sure to answer them and give us all the info we needed. Following the visit, we had so many more questions that were speedily answered and any concerns addressed. Ruth showed us around on our second visit, and we even got to meet the handyman who worked wonders getting the place ready for us. On the day of our move, we managed to lock ourselves out at 11pm, Ruth showed up at the office within 15 minuets with spare keys- this kind of dedication and support is something we will never forget and always be thankful for. Enormous gratitude to Jacksons, who helped us sell our family home after 60 years of ownership. From the first phone call and visit, David Hopkins was courteous, friendly and proficient. I felt that he was working on our behalf, even before we accepted Jackson's services. He explained the process simply and clearly, which was a huge relief, and talked & walked us through all the stages. I never once felt pressured. David also showed sympathy and understanding about our situation, which came naturally to him, both as an individual and as a professional with years of experience. His knowledge of the local housing market was spot on. I felt relaxed and confident, knowing that Jacksons were to be our agents. Jacqui Bradshaw took some excellent photos and a video with personal voice-over which was an approach I liked. We didn't need a modern, 3-D virtual tour, as the property was unfurnished. Further into the process, we had many unexpected challenges, including a family death and dealing with trusts. Sandra Menet and Stephanie Hall were both outstanding in their ability to assist the progress of the sale, reassuring us and working tirelessly for us and for all parties in the chain. Again, their instinctive grasp of the situation, together with solid experience to draw upon, enabled us to rely on them to resolve issues accurately and effectively. We had absolutely no problems from Jacksons, only positive solutions and attitudes. All staff kept us up to date with information, via phone calls and emails, and there were no mistakes. They could not have done more for us. I am so thankful that I chose Jacksons because they made the whole sale process, from beginning to end, so much better and manageable for us. What would we have done without you! The best decision I made was choosing Jacksons - it started with a gut feeling, which proved 100% correct. I asked them for a valuation initially, because we had bought our house via them 25 years ago. Would thoroughly recommend Jacksons to anyone wishing to sell or buy, and will use them again. Thanks a million to all staff, for all you did for us.
