GoogleDespite trying to sell my house during a pandemic losing 2 sales and then selling it for 3rd time in days.... Greyfox have always gone above and beyond every step of the way... A long drawn out sale due to the economic pressures didnt help but they were always on hand to try to update, to calm my nerves and to move it along as best they could. A very big thank you to Ed for impressing me to the idea of greyfox marketing my property, Rafike and Esther for all their negotiating and keeping me informed as much as they could in these unprecedented times of house sales..... I would throughly recommend if selling your property to go to Greyfox Rainham... Honest upfront and genuinely care about your sale. Big big thanks guys.... GoogleWe sold our property through Greyfox and could was very pleased with the service. What impressed me the most is that regardless of who you spoke to at the office, they were all up-to-date with our file. Rafike, Ted and Ester in particular were always on hand to answer any questions we had. We always felt there was a personal touch along with outstanding professionalism. Our house was sold within a week of being put on the market and I sense the team have put in long hours, often contacting us late into the evening to make time for their customers. GoogleWe recently sold and bought a house, we didn't use Greyfox unfortunately but they were the agent for the property we were buying. Despite not acting for us, they went above and beyond and progressed our chain of 5 to completion. If it was not for the incredible team in Rainham we would not be in our new house today. I dealt with every member in the team daily and they really helped me through the stress, not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. They showed real experience and were able to guide the entire chain through complicated scenarios as well as regularly checking in to see if I was ok. I had a real sense that they cared. They also kept our buyer well informed and reassured, again, this was not part of their remit yet they did it without question. I honestly cannot recommend these people enough, if I ever go through this process again I would be straight on the phone to Greyfox. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Nichola

GoogleThis month I bought a house in Gillingham with Rafike and Greyfox’s guidance. Before that I rented a property for 5 years with Rafike. That shows quite well the confidence I have on Rafike´s professionalism. Rafike clearly understood what I was looking for in a house and he explained every single step of this process without rushing any personal decision. It was my first time as a home buyer here in UK so I had no clue. He was always available to give a call back, and straightforward when something could go wrong, especially when Covid-19 came out. Rafike’s explanations helped me to see clearly what the implications were and to keep faith that everything would go well. And it did.

GoogleIf you are selling your house using Greyfox, do consider that potential buyers are made to fill in very long winded online forms in order to get a viewing using Greyfox, followed by a long delay by this estate agent to get in contact to arrange the viewing. This can take several days (they like to take their time and don’t seem to care about that). It is not easy as a buyer to get a viewing when compared with other companies and feels almost as if you have to pass a “test” of compatibility just to see a house. Personally, as a buyer I felt that this was very off putting and I have purposely avoided looking at properties being sold by this estate agent. They just seemed too “up” themselves. Shame because I was a cash buyer and someone selling their house with this estate agent could have made a sale had the viewing process not been such a barrier! I would consider selling your house with an estate agent who are willing to offer viewings quickly without a lengthy process for potential buyers.

GoogleThis was our second home sold through Greyfox Rainham and like before the service we experienced was excellent. The house was sold in no time and the whole process was carried out very smoothly. Rafike, the manager of the branch, although being very busy stayed in contact with us for the entire length of the process, providing us also with valuable and sensible advice. The same can be said for Ester and the other members of staff. Unlike other agencies, at Greyfox staff was willing to listen to the customers without imposing their views. We are happy to have chosen them and we would certainly recommend them.

If any other reviews are negative, then please take them with a very large "pinch of salt." The whole team; Raf, Esther, Edward, and all the others were so friendly and helpful, that it took all the stress and anxiety away from the process of selling properties. If anyone is looking to buy or sell a house; then I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to you all once again.

GoogleI am saddened that this branch has so much positive feedback as my husband and I had a bad experience with them and I wish we could have have something nice to say. We was purchasing a house though Greyfox which sadly fell through a few weeks before we were due to exchange. Poor communication, reluctance to work with our estate agents as they "didn't like them" and when we got fed up of waiting for updates and considered finding another property, we were told that there was someone else they would have prefered to sell to anyway. I found them really unprofessional.

GoogleI first met Rafike when I needed a valuation of my house. A lot of estate agents didn’t want to bother but Rafike came round and gave us a valuation. His willingness to invest his time with us made it easy for me, 2 years on, to go back to him for selling the house. Rafike, Esther and the rest of the team gave us fair and honest advice, provided an efficient service, safely navigated us through inevitable challenges and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

GoogleThe five star review I've given here undervalues the level of support, commitment and hard work the team at Greyfox Rainham gave us throughout our recent move. The team worked tirelessly to get my overly protracted move (not in any way of their fault) over the finish line. The communication was first class and there was always someone in the office who could take my call who was well briefed on the particulars of the move. I've gotten to know the team so well and have built such a strong relationship with them, that sitting here in my lovely new home a week on from when I moved, I can honestly say that a little piece of me misses talking to them every day about my move. Great work Ted, Sarah, Esther and Raf. Wouldn't hesitate to use you guys if I was ever mad enough to move again in the future!

Googlei don't review much, but this one is well over due.If you go straight to Fox Rainham (and you should) ,you wont know there is a difference and its not a subtle one between them and other Estate Agents.They work for you, you will not be left questioning this. They have an excellent work ethic and just get on with what they should be doing for you,trust me this is not the industry norm.You may have guessed we didn't go straight to Grey Fox Rainham,and suffered the consequences, however it does mean we understand the real difference between them and the other Estate Agents. You can get mucked about, or you can sell through Grey Fox Rainham.

GoogleGreyfox were absolutely brilliant. This is the third time I have used them and wouldn't go anywhere else in the area. In particular we were impressed with Tess, whose straightforward honesty when she came to value our house, made sure they got the job. This is in contrast to the other agents we had round, one of whom didn't turn up because he had double booked and didn't apologise, and the other who has bombarded me with junk emails ever since.

GoogleWhen looking for a property in Gillingham we had dealings with a number of Estate Agents and none were as helpful, friendly and communicated as well as Greyfox at Rainham. They not only made the process as quick and straight forward as they could but they were there to help after we got the keys and found some rubbish had been left in the house, Greyfox set someone round to remove it!
