We would like to recommend Reed&Baum in Quorn as first class Estate agents. Martyn and Laura were very professional, knowledgeable and kept us up to date throughout a not straightforward process!! Due to unforeseen problems throughout the chain the personal service from Martyn could not have been better. So we have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking to sell your property.

We were delighted with the highly professional, friendly and personal service from Reed and Baum in selling our property. From the initial valuation right through to completion of the sale, Martyn, Laura and Paula offered expert advice, provided timely updates on progress, and dealt promptly with our questions and concerns. The marketing was first-class: the photographs and video were of a high quality and really presented the house to good effect. Selling your house can be a stressful process, but right from the start we had full confidence in Martyn snd the team who clearly had in-depth knowledge of the local property market. We would have no hesitation in using them again in future as well as recommending them to others.

Aidan was brilliant is helping me with my house purchase. He gave really sound advice and was so knowledgeable about the local market, the whole process much less stressful and easier thanks to his help. Wouldn't use anyone else to sell the house I now own thanks to Aidan when the time comes! Very, very highly recommended!

Where to start? Martyn and Laura are quite literally the Phil and Kirstie of Quorn. Nothing is too much trouble and the level of professionalism is second to none. The massive benefit we found in buying through a small independent, is that they care. This isn’t a 9-5 job for them. The whole process of buying was straightforward, with very few bumps in the road. The icing on the cake was the very thoughtful moving in box. If you’re thinking of buying or selling, look no further than these guys.

I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Martyn in relation to an impending property purchase and the potential sale of my home. Martyn demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the housing market in the Charnwood area and recommended different marketing strategies with the aim of maximising the sale value of my home - this most definitely exceeded my expectations! Martyn, Laura, Paula, Hannah and the rest of the team were great, helping us with our recent sale. Keeping us informed throughout and chasing other parties when needed. The photography was high quality and we were pleased with the standard of viewings conducted on our behalf. We particularly liked our group Whatsapp, so we could still receive updates and reply, especially when phone calls were not convenient due to other commitments.

We were the purchasers and Reed and Baum were the seller's agents. I must say what a breath of fresh air this company was to deal with. Went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly and with a minimum of red tape that so often blights these transactions. They made themselves available when we needed them, not just between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. I even had replies to queries on Sunday that I wasn't expecting. Really can't recommend them highly enough.
